Our Field Service Team:

Shaun Downey, Owner and President

Shaun graduated from Purdue University in 1994 where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management. Shaun started Downey PHC, LLC in June of 1995 and currently employs nine people running six full time service vans.  He is a “hand-on” owner who still runs service calls!  Shaun has surrounded himself with the best available technicians, the best available products, and will guarantee your satisfaction with any project we do.

Drew Downey, Project Manager/Estimator

Drew has been with our company since 1999.   Drew is a graduate of BGSU with a Bachelor of Science Technology majoring in Construction Management.  He is a skilled technician and he prepares many of the complex project quotes as well.

Travis Downey, Project Manager/Estimator

Travis has been with our company since 2005.  Travis is a graduate of BGSU with a Bachelor of Science Technology majoring in Construction Management.  He specializes in electrical and plumbing.

Matt Henry, Project Foreman

Matt has been with our company since 1999. Matt is a graduate of Otsego High School and is well equipped to handle all areas of our services

Tim Luettke, Plumbing/HVAC Technician

Tim has been with our company since 2003.  Tim is a graduate of R.E.T.S. Institute of Technology and is an HVAC service and installation specialist.

Kerry Koontz, Project Foreman

Kerry has been with our company since 2005.  Kerry is a graduate of BGSU with a Bachelor of Science Technology majoring in Construction Management.  He is an all around technician capable of handling all your service needs.
